Just because remakes are all they do, doesn't mean they should! Unless youre being sarcastic (I hope)

But with second remakes within five years of each other, its gotten ridiculous. A second remake of Carrie? You gotta be effin kidding me. How many "upgrades" or "corrections" or whatever excuse they use does a classic need? Its gotten to the point where its an insult. They've taken it beyond justification.

I like a good remake if its 50 years after the original, not if its a damned trend. It wears down my fanhood.

Its gotten to the point where I don't even care if the original was crappy, leave it alone! Yes Leprechaun 1993 was crappy because it had a muddled tone. It was childish then gory then childish then gory. But that's the established character of the film. Too late for changes (something Lucas never learned).
