If the remake takes years to get off the ground, it is possible the studio or whoever owns the franchise rights, could make another movie to keep the license from expiring. It could be a LEPRECHAUN 7, maybe set in the original house, possible with Warwick Davis returning, but anything is far fetched. And 3-D on a direct to video release would be a waste of money. And if you're thinking threatres, there's no way a LEPRECHAUN 7 would go to theatres.
