1). Patrick Wilson as Alan Grant.

2). Patrick Stewart as John Hammond.

3). Brie Larson as Ellie Sattler.

4). Oscar Isaac as Ian Malcolm.

5). Kenneth Branagh as Robert Muldoon.

6). Samuel L. Jackson as Ray Arnold (let's be honest, the man has barely aged since 1993 and could still pull it off).

7). Stanley Tucci as Donald Gennaro.

8). Joey King as Lex Murphy.

Can't think of anyone for Tim Murphy at the moment, feel free to make some suggestions...

I said Keanu Reeves to play Ian Malcolm because he has that look about him that he could easily pass as a mathematician

I can't see Alec Baldwin and Dakota Fanning as Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler though, he's nearly 60 and she doesn't look any older than 20 at the most.
I know there's a fairly wide age gap between Sam Neill and Laura Dern, but not as much as Baldwin and Fanning, and the fact that Dern could easily pass for 30 in that role made it convincing enough.

The only way casting Baldwin and Fanning in those roles would work is if the movie stayed true to the novel by making Ellie Dr. Grant's student rather than have them romantically linked.

i see ian mckellen as hammon better, he can portray a charming personality and looks old, unlike stewart the vampire.

Emma Watson is also great as Ellie Sattler,along with Mat damon or Dicaprio as Alan Grant
