What was the deal with...

... one of the sisters complaining that she wasn't paid for her work? Then she said something about being humiliated. I missed that entire scene.

Well, June is in some sort of advertising business, and had produced one such advertisement for Waverly and her company. But, being Waverly, she had to pick it apart and basically (as June said) humiliate June and her artistic abilities right in front of the whole family, because she felt that June's idea wasn't good enough for Waverly's company. I'm pretty sure that's the jist of it, does it help?

And Waverly's company had not paid June for her work. When June mentions she has not been paid, Waverly insinuates that she hasn't been paid because her work is no good.
