Just spotted this...


Inspector Dixon claims on the stand that he 'never even spoke to Mr Conlon' yet when Gerry is on the stand the prosecution clearly state 'Do you remember telling the police anything else about that night? Let me refresh your memory. You told lnspector Dixon that you had committed a robbery on that night' if he never spoke to Dixon how could the prosecution use evidence prooving he did?

Good guys may not finish last but they sure as sh*t don't finish first!

Yeah, noticed that as well. But since all aspects of the handling of the original case were dreadful, the fact that this got by should hardly be a surprise.
