So what happened to his arse? Did he got death penalty or what? I guess the judge said that he should be hang, not will be, but we never see him again, so did he get hang or what?

Do you mean Paul Hill? No he didn't hang(& neither did the others). He was one of the people acquitted right along with Gerry Conlon(right there in the movie in fact), & went on to marry into the Kennedy family in the USA.

Didn't he separate from Courtney Kennedy though?

Yes he went onto divorcing out of the Kennedy family and out of the USA, as I think he is now living in Ireland.
