Please help me find the name of a movie!

Hi everyone.
I forgot the name of a movie I have watched some years ago.
It is a comedy, it takes place in a desert, it was kind of an army movie and the main characters were making clean water, they had a machine for filtering water and they supplied clean water for everyone else in the army.
But one day they are sent to a real mission in the desert.
There are many laughs along the way, and i remember this one black guy, a scorpion is gonna stand on his back and is gonnna scream histerically.
I remember the name of one of the main characters - "Bouns" or "Bones" - dont know which is the spelling.
