I saw a "documentary" on UK TV many years ago about the making of Hot Shots Part Deux - itself being a parody of the hardships endured by Francis Ford Coppola during the making of Apocalypse Now...

It featured interviews with the cast and crew - all playing themselves, but with this very funny angle.

Does anyone know what it was called and where I might be able to find a torrent for it..?

I think you may be referring to Hot Shots: Part Deux-The Making of a Really Important Movie.

Although I could be thinking about their mockumentary for the first movie. It appeared on HBO when the movie first came out, and may be a feature on the dvd. As far as a torrent, I don't know where one would be.
