The blonde prisoner released just before the end battle scene looked a lot Aaron Eckhart. I checked the cast listing just incase. I figured he might have still been doing some small roles in 93.

Does anyone else see the resemblance?

Also he looks like the special forces guy at the start, he has a few lines, i also thought that was him, would fit the time line of his career to probably, before he got big

Yes! It looked JUST like him. I don't see that reflected here on IMDB, though.
