This movie has my favourite scene of all time

The scene where Shadow talks to Chance about why dogs are called Man's Best Friend.

Even at 26, I can't help but tear up every time I hear that scene, especially when Chance said ''I just hope that one day, I could be like him''.

One of those great scenes that kids simply won't appreciate, but come to mean something to you when you grow up. Especially if you grew up with dogs for pets. Don Ameche really did a wonderful job in this film. He captured the spirit of his character extremely well. It was also among his last roles.
