Henry can walk to anywhere

I first watched this in my early teen, and a couple of times over the years, but only realized this recently; Henry can get anywhere in a walking distance: the harbour, the cliffs, the highway,
The hospital, the frozen lake.. yet he doesn't have a drivers license.

Rewatched today and thought it was weird that they never give an in-movie explanation for how he’s just at the hospital when he’s supposed to be home. Also didn’t think it was really clear how close the therapist’s office was to the house, almost as if it was on the same property. Movie still kicks ass
