911 call.
Why did his wife say that Richard was trying to kill her??? Did Sykes force her to say that or was it out of context?

shareI got the feeling she was calling out to Richard because she realized he'd come home and that small cry was the most she could manage.
shareShe was dying and was calling out for him (knowing he was in the house). I'm sure by that point she wasn't even consciously aware she was on the phone.
shareI'm more surprised Sykes allowed her to make that call.
He was right there, she grabs the phone, he hits her in the head.
He still allows her to make the call and she gets whatever she can. Obviously shaken and totally out of it, but Sykes still should have been a little nervous that she could still get something out to describe him before she breathes her last breath.
