The end credits music is from the Henryk Gorecki's Symphony No. 3, Op.36 ("Symphony of Sorrowful Songs"), the first movement ("Lento—Sostenuto tranquillo ma cantabile"), en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symphony_No._3_(G%C3%B3recki). The performance used is the popular one by the London Sinfonietta, conducted by David Zinman, with Dawn Upshaw as the soloist.
