Was this movie the origin of 'chyeah'?

OK this is important. People nowadays are saying "chyeah" all the time as some kind of mock-surfer dialect, and they're writing it on the internets even more. I realized that Devin Ratray, who would later go onto greater fame as Buzz in the Home Alone movies, clearly says this word when he first appears in Dennis the Menace. This is the earliest use of the word "chyeah" that I am aware of. This movie made linguistic history.

I highly doubt it. This movie isn't very well known and surfer lingo predates Devin Ratray's use of it by at least a decade. The Home Alone films precede this film as well (they were released in 1990 and 1992, respectively). And Ratray hardly became famous from his role as Buzz.

If I could drop dead right now, I'd be the happiest man alive.

This movie is widely popular and one of the most quotable used to watch it with friends growing up.

And, if anything, Wayne's World popularized "chyeah".
