Where can I get it?
Is there any place I can get Darkness? Do know if it even is on DVD or not?

I've not sure where you're from ichi88, but seeing as this was filmed in Wichita, KS by a local director, I would suspect there are still copies on VHS still floating around in Wichita. I personally saw it in a local video rental shop that no longer exists now. It was suggested to me by some obsure person who said it was a scary movie.
Um, back to the point. If you live anywhere near Wichita, my suggestion would be to look in places, such as Goodwill or DMV, or a used bookstore that carries VHS. I don't believe this to be availible on DVD.

I got it on a German DVD, but you can choose english voice in the menu.

I rented it from a video store in Tacoma, Washington back in the late nineties, and I dubbed off a copy. But I haven't seen it anywhere since then. Barrel Entertainment had announced a definitive DVD release, but for some reason it it's been put on hold. Below is the link for info on the Barrel DVD

Leif is a very good friend of mine (his wife watches my cats) Barrell is having some merger issues right now and the two disc should be on the shelves around march at the latest most likely I will post more info when it becomes available to me.

The film has been completely overhauled and looks and sounds amazing. It has also been re-edited for a tighter film, with better pace. NO GORE WAS CUT! (but a little was added ;) ).
