This film is finnaly being released in the US on DVD on april 12. I alreasy saw it on video and I was suprised how Excellent Madonna was in this film. I think this is the best performance she ever gave.
shareI agree, this is a highly underrated film and Madonna indeed gives the best performance of her film career. Keitel and James Russo are great as always...and it is a rather intriguing film about filmmkaing.
I just hope that MGM is releasing the extended director's cut of this film. I have the orignal VHS which is uncut...but MGM didn't release the unrated version of "Angel Heart"... so I have my doubts!
