There's never really a full reunion, but certain Rangers do come back at certain points.

As for how Tommy gets his Green Ranger powers back, like the other returning Rangers that lost their powers, it isn't explained. The story basically establishes he and the other returning Rangers are gradually gathering together while saving some citizens, but for the most part they're in small cameo parts before the final battle when coming together with the Megaforce Rangers. I suggest watching the Extended Version.

Neat. I just think it would be cool to see the remaining original ones that are sill alive, and like I said it would be neat to see Tommy and Kimberly back again, as a couple.
