Question about contuinity/ canon universe

Hey everyone. I'm sure this is a question that has plagued fans for years, and more than likely does not have a concrete answer, but throughout the series and movies, are there 2 or 3 distinct different cannon universes?

Let me try to be a bit more clear in my question. When the 95 movie came out between season 2 & 3, it was obviously set in a different universe and cannon, as nothing matched in the series before and after it. Almost like a remake in an alternate reality. That's cool, no problems there at all, we all knew that. SO as of that moment we had two separate duel realities.

Then we get to the Turbo movie, which we know is the same universe/canon of all the shows that follow it...Turbo, In space, Lost Galaxy and so on, BUT, is this the same universe/canon as the 95 movie? A new canon/universe on it's own? or Somehow the same Universe/Canon as the original show and Zeo?

The reason I'm confused is due the continuity issues between Zeo's "Good as Gold", the Turbo movie, and then the Turbo show. The most obvious being Bulk and Skulls decision to leave Lt Stone was never addressed. Not only are they still partnered with Stone, but somehow they are back in the police force and no longer have a detective agency? The second issue is Rita and Lord Zedd's inevitable return after defeating the machine empire becomes ignored.

Hopefully I didn't make this more confusing then it already is, but I've narrowed it down to where we can possibly have 3 different Universe/Cannons. I wanted to see what you guys thought or if you had any additional info. More than likely it was just a kids show that didn't heavily rely on continuity, but instead the demands that had to be met by the writers, actors, or anything else that was going on in production. I'm not certain what happened Paul Schrier and Jason Narvy during season 1 of Turbo, but due to their absence, maybe that is why the writers had them suddenly back with Stone? It would have been too much to turn them into monkey's while they were at a new detective agency? I don't know lol.

Thanks!

The turbo movie is definitely in the same canon as the show, as the events lead into Turbo. The poor transition from zeo to turbo is merely down to poor writing.

95 movie is in it's own universe completely.

Let's roll some tits up the flagpole and see if anyone gets wood.

What Tricky said, the MMPR film is in its own stand-alone alternate reality. Thing with the poor transition between "Good as Gold" and the Turbo film is we're just left to assume certain things happen we don't get exposition on. Jason broke up with Emily, he moved somewhere where he reunited with Kimberly while Emily stayed in town (we see her in the Turbo season). Other things like Bulk & Skull abandoning the Paris job for reuniting with Stone as they got their jobs back with the force, the Power Chamber was moved up to ground level as the Mighty Morphin suits were left buried, Rita and Zedd went on extended vacation, Rocky gave Jason back the Mighty Morphin Red Dino-coin morpher offscreen.

The Dino Thunder season firmly cements the first 12 seasons and Turbo film in the same universe, team-ups further tie together the later S.P.D., Mystic Force, and Operation Overdrive seasons. Super Megaforce further cements the Jungle Fury and Samurai seasons in the same canon with all the prior seasons, the only catch is RPM. RPM is set in an alternate timeline, but unlike the MMPR film's alternate reality, it does crossover thanks to Samurai's "Clash of the Red Rangers" and Super Megaforce. Same canon, but different timeline like a multiverse, sorta like Suergirl is akin to Arrow/Flash/Legends.

Superman & The [Red-Blue] Blur = The Man of Steel
