Yes he did. I don't know if it was revealed before this episode but in Season 2 Episode 14 'Top Copy', the reporter/assassin Diana Stride learns of Superman's identity and finds the secret panel in Clark's closet, revealing all his spare Superman suits.

Don't know if this counts but in season 3 ep6 Don't Tug on Superman's Cape
Clark shows Lois where he kept his outfits due to them been burnt.
In later season 3 or 4 when there get a house somehow he makes a closet behind the bookcase or something like that.

I have the first season on dvd and i had most of the first seasons episodes taped from before, I remember the closet by the kitchen {when you walk into the apartment, the wall on the right} had a secret compartment.
I want to believe that since Clark had fixed up the apartment to begin with, he was able to build a false door within the closet or something.
His mother knew where they were when he conked his head on that asteriod and lost his memory...
