since engagement it became ridiculous

(more than it was already)
the most annoying part for more me was the whining and too emotional dialogue all the time.
also perry and jimmy never talked about themselves anymore, unlike in season 1 and 2.
in many episodes conversations repeated themselves and every time they were annoying.
also plotwise, in Nor arc when lois became a concubine and started talks about strategy and she joined a mission against dozens of kryptonians in smallville. -how stupid can the writers make it more... (but they did)

i guess its just another one of those series that couldn't handle more than 2 seasons. too bad though, it had potential.

I agree somewhat. The stories could have been better. But the new twist in the Superman story of letting Lois in on the secret and how that would affect their relationship was good overall.

It definitely went downhill. I enjoyed when she found out about him because there were some real great moments after that with her being in the know, but the clone thing...and the amnesia thing...and that weird wedding...nope.

This show always had issues. After around 5 episodes of the first season Lois was calling Clark her best friend. Clark proposes to her after 4? dates.. Then they break up again. Get engaged again 2 episodes later and 8 episodes later are married. Might be fast for even TV.

The original producer Deborah Joy LeVine didn't want Lois and Clark to get together until the fifth season but when she left the show took a different direction.
