Trying To Remember Villain
It has been many years, but I vaguely remember a supervillain that had a yellow costume with a cape and cowl who had superpowers related to the sun. This was a young guy who had a very unstable control over his powers and seemed to reluctantly be a villain. At the climax of the episode he confronts Superman in front of what looks like a courthouse unmasked. If anyone has any idea who this is, and whether or not this was on this show or another superhero show from that time, please let me know.
