Surprised there's nothing on Cain and Hatcher's relationship falli apart

...their relationship falling apart of this board.

I read at least 3 different columns around the time of the show (not gossip, but TV industry ones), that Hatcher became so difficult to work with on set, that Dean stopped talking to her at all. These weren't hate reports, but just stating what happened in the show. Also they said they added to the chemistry, because they started with a good relationship, but it deteriorated by the end of the show - but the hate passion was good for the camera. Yet I can't find anything on this board - especially being IMDB.

I also remember an interview in 2004 where Hatcher admitted she was very difficult to work with when she was younger, because she couldn't handle all the pressure.

It's clear that their relationship is better now and they've patched things up after years of it being cut off, but I'm very surprised there isn't a big discussion on this board considering the first article I read was in the middle of the third season.

Does anyone have any other information about this?

Some people don't want to admit that pretty Teri could be such an uber bitch to work with. I mentioned this and some other interesting tidbits I know on Glynis's threads that went ignored or were challenged by the stupid OP.

I had a college friend who worked behind on the scenes of the first season of the show before coming to college. I began college in autumn of 1994, so the first season of this show was my senior year in HS. she told me that they had gotten a new Jimmy because -- the real reason which this Glynis twit doesn't believe -- is that Michael Landis wanted too much money. They even negotiated with him and his agent a few times but he wanted like double what he was making before. and to top it all off, he was VERY difficult to work with. Very serious actor [nothing wrong with that] and he didn't like ANY sort of camaraderie on the set -- whether he was the main character or not.

She also said how LOVELY Dean was to work with and how DEMANDING Teri was to work with.

My main problem with Glynis's challenging my info is that there is no internet proof regarding anything.... I understand her wariness about it but I said that a lot of people sue for defamation of character and such when people say mean things [true or not] to the public and it is written online or in an article. A lot of things that were true about what had happened were really not pretty. Glynis believed that Michael Landis was fired because he 'looked too much like Dean Cain' which is absolutely ridiculous. even Glynis says that it is ridiculous but does not believe the REAL reason. I said that they put the 'too much like dean cain' story out there because it was much nicer and more professional than 'he was a money grubbing stuffy librarian douchebag'.

Same thing with Teri and her being so hard to work with.

Reading the paper can really be depressing. Mr. Dithers fired Dagwood again.

Certainly don't understand the hate!

During the time that Teri just published her book, Dean made a surprise visit to the set. She was beside herself, in tears and was really happy to see him. She wouldn't let go of him for a bit of time.

Those tears of happiness were real...

This little clip does not reveal as much as I stated but if you dig deeper I'm sure you'll find it.

Found it!!!

Likely be nothing but *beep* Hollywood gossip.

I saw Dean speak at Dragon-Con a couple of years ago. When Teri came up, he was very gracious, said what a talented actress she was and certainly didn't say anything negative, but his response was notable more for the lack of any particular warmth or affection than what he did say.
