Host-Staffer Relationships is more common in Late Night then we think

Late Night Hosts having Relationships or Affairs with staffers is more common then we think. Jimmy Kimmel Dated a Ex Writer on His shows (Sarah Silverman) and his Second and current Wife (Molly McNearney) was a Former staffer on Late Night. I wouldn't be surprise if Johnny had a relationship with a few of his staffers on the sly. It been said that Fallon is pretty overly friendly with women on his show (A former Male Staffer once alleged he was fired because Fallon preferred to take orders form women)

I wouldn't be surprise if a current late night host(or if a story comes out about a former late night host) is having a Affair with a staffer tbh. it goes on more often then we hear about it. It just 99% of the time we don't hear about it.


When you spend like 10-12 hours a day together it bound to happen likely at some point or another
