This is what it's selling for on Amazon. Does anyone know a cheaper place to buy it right now? That is crazy. You can get the complete series of The Shield for $32, The Wire for $88, Damages for $20. Why is this so expensive?
shareI think it's just hard to find. Netflix doesn't even have the full series available on DVD - only seasons one and five, and there's a "very long wait" for some of these discs. Frustrating.
sharePeople seriously still get Netflix via the mail, even though its easier and more efficient to just stream them? I believe that the complete series of SVU is up on Hulu Plus.
shareIt can be hit and miss on Amazon. I found the box set for $70 a few years ago after consistently seeing it for $400+. Just keep an eye on it.
I once tried a dessert called "Death By Chocolate", but it only made me stronger.
I also found the set for 70 on Amazon a while back. they may have stopped because of low sales or possibly music rights (the original music from the tv broadcasts is included unaltered.
It was outrageous for season one (half of the season IIRC) when it first came out and that's when the show was still on.
