favourite and least favourite episodes (from the original series)
Favourite: To be a somebody
Least favourite: Best Boys (nothing wrong with it exactly, I just dont think Fitz seemed in character all the time, maybe because it was paul Abbot's first episode)
Favourite - Brotherly Love ("How Much Is That Doggy In the Window.....") - The ending I was sobbing!! when Jimmy Beck jumped - what an excellent actor he is!
Least Favourite - True Romance - seemed silly to me and the acting didnt seem up to scratch as in all the others - for example when fitz's son mark was taken by the lunatic woman, his reaction "oh nooooooooooooooooooooo"! seemed really plastic.
Favourite: To Be A Somebody (predictable, yeah)
Least favourite: Men Should Weep (I didn't believe in the "rape triggered by race angst" motivation, or indeed in the rapist himself)
Favourite: To Say I Love you.
This is the story that first hooked me in and remains my favourite. Ultimately, the 'cracking' bit, where Fitz faces off with the crim in the interview room,
is the highlight of the shows and Susan Lynch is just superb in this one. Andrew Tiernan puts in a great performance too.
Least favourite : The Big Crunch, probably.
Hell yes "To Say I Love you" was amazing and also my favorite. The criminal couple was just perfect :)
White Ghost and Nine Eleven are at the bottom.

Favourites: One Day a Lemming Will Fly. Simply remarkable piece of writing and has universal appeal.
To Be a Somebody. Necessitates a knowledge of the Hillsborough disaster, it was also brilliantly written.
True Romance: That final scene of the doors sliding together was the culmination of an immaculate series.
(I can't choose between these three, sorry)
Least Favourite: Best Boys: Excellent performances but the writing took a dip.
Absolute worst: The one set in in Hong Kong whose name I've successfully erased from my memory.
If the opposite of Love is indifference, what's the opposite of Hate?
Least favourite ... The Big Crunch, Best Boys, White Ghost, and the Cracker TV movie from 2006.
Favorites ... pretty well the rest of the episodes.
