Family Backstory
Whose family? Ally Walkers's.....in the first half of the film, she is wearing a wedding ring - a little unusual for the average film's 'hot female reporter' but OK, if it works..... But mid-film, certainly by the prison bus sequence - voila, she's single again! No ring for the rest of the movie.
Did she break it off after meeting Luc? Did she pawn the ring? Any theories for this dilemma?? Now that would make a great 'alternate ending' if the husband shows up.
