She would have been 21 when it was released.
But I'm not sure when it was actually filmed.
I figure she was 18 or 19 when it was filmed.
She obviously wasn't a "pre" teen.

My guess is she lied about her age in Best Worst Movie so that her Troll 2 performance would be attributed to youthful inexperience rather than lack of talent. I'm sure she's a better actress now though...she's certainly far more attractive.

She may have been a young looking 19 year old. Connie talked about "Troll 2" affecting her ability to get other roles even after so many years that she has left it off of her resume.

I am sure she is vague about her age and plays it up as being a pre-teen because it could also potentially affect her getting roles once casting people do the math and figure out her actual age.

That being said, she is very youthful and attractive from her appearance in "Best Worst Movie."

I remember seeing her in the disney film "Read It & Weep" from not long ago. Probably 2006 or 2007. She was a main character playing a mom, but even in that film I thought she looked pretty young.

I agree that she probably underestimated her age so it'll seem like her off acting was caused by being young. I think her acting has improved a lot, granted it's been plenty of years.

I think a lot of the cast aged pretty decently. Deborah Reed (who plays Creedence) looks kind of younger than she really is. She has a YouTube channel and facebook page and she doesn't look that much different.
