And no this isn't a troll/joke thread, I'm well aware of what this movie is famous for. But would watching the first one make a difference in any way?

I have not seen Troll, but from what I can tell Troll 2 is completely unrelated. They have absolutely nothing to do with each other...so maybe seeing troll would make troll 2 better just because you would know first hand how it has nothing to do with the original, therefore making the sequel even more ridiculous.
