Troll 2 better than Troll 1

Troll 1 was dumb and boring. Troll 2 was WAY better it had a better plot better acting and the effects were much better than the first one.

Saying "the first one" does not apply to this movie since they are completely unrelated.

I agree. I found it way more interesting. The acting is horrible but still entertaining. Troll 1 bored me to tears.

They're both bad movies, but at least Troll 2 has so many scenes that you can point and laugh at. Troll is really bland...

I think Troll 1 is better only because of the little girl in the first one.
She was a good actress.
Both movies are pretty bad, though.

Might as well compare Troll 2 and Pulp Fiction. They are unrelated in every way.

I think Troll gets a bad rep largely because of name association. People go as far to say that it's one of the worst films ever made, which is flat-out absurd. If you liked 80s fantasy films like The Neverending Story and Labyrinth, you will probably find Troll agreeable, as I did. Nothing special to be sure, but nowhere near the bottom-100 reputation of Troll 2.

Why is it called troll 2 if it has nothing to do with the first one? I don't understand that. They must be related in some way, or maybe the director is even dumber than I thought.
