I just realized that Vincent Craig Dupree (Loco) is the same kid who got his head knocked off in Jason Takes Manhattan.

Did I miss something? What is wrong with Loco? He's all twitching in prison but normal in the beginning. Was he brain damaged?

He was getting high.... A "shermhead" (angel dust)

And he probably didn't stop getting dusted in prison. So years and years of that. I'm surprised he was only that bad.
