When the guy met the girtl the first time...the movie seems empty...
When he leaves the movie out seems like midnight...but in the clock on the street u can see is just 6 o clock....

In the film, when Charles Brady is reading a fictional short story he wrote in class (that is technicaly auto-biographical) he refers to his kind as sleepwalkers. Later, Tanya repeats this when she tells him he liked her story.

Not really, I kind of don't see it.

I attributed that to either everyone being in the theater watching the movie or the theater being closed and he just stayed after it closed to speak to Tanya.

Probably just a continunity error I'll have to rewatch the film to see if I can spot that.
