was deloris's backup singer, michelle, a former stripper...remember the part in the beginning when the ronelles are in their dressing room and vince's henchmen come in and michelle says 'dont you ever knock' and one of the guys say 'look you aint got nothing that i havent seen before' and then michelle says with a ashamed look on her face 'yeah well stop trying to memorize it'....was it hints that she was a stripper

It was probably implying that they had been intimate, but who knows?

I always thought it was just because they'd "been together" previously. I don't think she was a stripper.
