How can they lock Vince away for murder without a body??

wouldnt they need more than a witness statement??

What I thought was odd was that Vince was going to murder Whoopi in front of a bunch of Nuns- Trading one murder witness for a group of Nuns who will witness against you is not good thinking.

Although, by trying to kill her as well, it proved that he had actually already killed someone! If he was innocent he wouldn't have tried to kill the eye witness! Also, he was well known to be involved in lots of things like that so they really only needed one testimony to put him away!
