I know its not her thats singing, shes lip syncing, but does the voice belong to anyone?

No, it's a magical voice that doesn't belong to anyone and is summoned by the singing passion of the Nuns in the radiance of the Church.

The singer's name is Andrea Robinson. Not listed in the credits for Siter Act but is for Sister Act 2, if you view her IMDB profile it lists under "music department" for Sister Act as the singing voice of Sister Mary Robert.

It is actually credited in Sister Act, but it's further in the credits than the actual cast. It says "singing voice for Sister Mary Robert". But your reply just cracked me up ;)
