i think there might be a clue in the movie to the fac that bobbys not real. when they are looking at the buffalo bobby says somthing like why is he so sad. the mother says i dont know mike maybe thats what happens wehn your all alone. was this a mistake thta she said the wrong name or is it a clue.

I'm watching it now and although I can understand how you made this mistake, there is actually no screw up. Bobby does say something like "they're so sad." But if you listen closely you can hear Mikey say "why?" right before the mother replies, "I guess thats what happens when you're all alone." They shoulda have shown the three conversing to clear it up, but I guess it's not really all that important.
