Anybody know the name of the song/artist, that played over the end credits?

Yes--the song is "As the Days Go By," and it's sung by Daryl Braithwaite. Braithwaite is an Australian musician, and "As the Days Go By" originally appeared on an album called "Edge." And I'm sure that's more than you could possibly have wanted to know!

Great song indeed. If you have an Ipod you could maybe buy the song online and download it into your Ipod. I might do that myself if the Song can be bought on Itunes.
