Who was right?


When the stewardess grabs Wesley during the demo, he rebukes her. I actually think she was right. If hijackers, hostage takers and criminals in general knew that there are plenty of people with attitude out there, I think fewer people would dare to commit such crimes.

I think that ultimately she was right, because Cutter puts down his gun and obeys the bag guys twice (once in a flashback, once on the plane), and both times the hostage is killed. Of course, in real life, a security specialist would never, ever do that, but it makes for a likeable hero.
