Basically the villain is about to get surgery. He asks the surgeon what time it is. The surgeon tells him. The villain then jumps off the table and runs out. The SWAT team bust s in the room and goes after him.
Here is what I do not get:
1. How did the villain know a SWAT team was coming for him at that time?
2. If he did know, why would he have schedules a surgery for that time?
He was unaware of anything until he noticed the doctor looking at the clock like he was expecting something to happen. The actual time was immaterial. Rane simply asked him conversationally, having already guessed that he (the doctor) was in on some scheme to capture him.
I mean, really, how many times will you look under Jabba's manboobs?
