Can anyone help me out here; I'm after the full version of the movie, no cuts or anything. I heard a anniversary edition had been released with the "When Love Is Gone" song included, but it's not clear which version of the UK releases has it. If anyone has this version:

This version would appear to be missing the Belle song. The only versions that appear to have this musical number from the "Christmas Past" portion of Scrooge's night would be the R1 DVD's.

and it seems strange to want a different version of a movie for a 3 minute clip, but it is such a great powerful scene, both by Meredith Braun (Belle) & Michael Caine (Scrooge)
