anyone know if a blu ray will be coming out this year?? hopefully with widescreen extended version!!

If they still have the Love is Gone scene cut out, I wont be buying it. Didnt buy the DVD for that reason.

The 50th Anniversay edition has it, it's on the full screen version of the film.
It includes both the widescreen and full screen.

Is this the Region 1 or Region 2 DVD? Cause none of the Region 2 ones have it, as far as I know.

That website is fairly useless, since it doesnt say which versions have the song in it and which ones dont.

Actually it does, but they list the cuts right at the very bottom of the page.

So...no BD in 2011.

Would it be too much to ask for this in 2012?

I don't care too much about extras but, for the love of Kermit, can we get

a) A Widescreen presentation
b) A DECENT transfer
c) "When Love is Gone" BACK WHERE IT BELONGS!

it looks like we may finally get it widescreen extended blu ray some time next year... and also our other muppet films too!

It says 85 minutes, but the DVD without the scene is 82 mins. This must mean they've restored the song! Yay!

Hmmm. Slightly concerned that this is a DVD/Combo. Who else thinks they've just put the widescreen, cut, version on BD and dumped the fullscreen, uncut version on DVD alongside it?

I also remain unconvinced this is genuine, and not some fan posting. It makes little sense to release this until November 2012 at the earliest now, so why has this "leaked" so early?

Kinda strange that the Muppets collection doesnt include Muppets Take Manhatten.

I just hope if the song is included, they make a Region 2 bluray available!
