Which is better?

I like both, but for me:

Sports, drama, characters: The Mighty Ducks

The Mighty Ducks by a mile, plus it has sequels! Now if it was The Sandlot and Stand By Me, idk....

Mighty Ducks, because it has older kids.

Little Giants does have Rick Moranis and Al Bundy tho.

Little Giants, much more charimsatic cast. Mighty Ducks 1 and 2 were quite popular though.
