I had the same problem. I thought it was because I'm retarded with technical things, but maybe that's the way all of them were. It was interesting, anyway.

haha, we had trouble with this too, and is simple to fix, you must do everything in order though, you must press spanish language, then english subtitles, then play, if hes talking, try again. it will work eventually
sharepress the button on your DVD remote that says audio. Press it until the sound goes off. That is what you do with all movies that have comentary that you don't want to mess with the sound.
