In the scene where, I think, Lorenzo is choking because he cannot swallow properly, as an asthmatic I felt the way I would normally feel during an asthma attack when he was wheezing like a mad thing. It had a really strange effect on me.
Also Nick Nolte's accent was really convincing. I've been to Italy, trust me.
don't ever compare asthma to ALD. you may have tough times, but i seriously doubt that your asthma is even close to being equal to what lorenzo had.
I know, I just imagined at the time what it would be like if I was choking on my own saliva and coudn't breath. Made me feel very uneasy.
sharethey were saying that one specific thing made them feel for lorenzo. who are you to tell somebody they cant express their feelings and thoughts about how something made them feel. nobody was comparing asthma to ALD.
