IMDB says the movie is 1:48

is that the directors cut,

the directors cut has 45 extra minutes.

I heard job meeting the monkey was in the directors cut but it was in the version I originally saw. Confused on the differences between the two versions.

There's a whole sequence cut where None meets the monkey and it's killed as well. There's tonnes of other stuff which really helps with the pacing and story and just fleshing out the characters more.
