i think this movie rocks it is the first think i saw Jonathan Brandis do and ive liked him ever since!! and every time i need a really good laugh i think of this movie and it always works

shareI thought it served its purpose: It was entertaining, and made me laugh; ergo, it was great. No, it wasn't great art, wonderful shakespearean acting or involving a plot that made me really think or question the world around me. I didn't want it to. If anyone went into this movie expecting this, then maybe they shouldn't go outside unescorted...

I think that people dislike this movie because it is terrible. The movie is absolutely preposterous.

I can't properly explain why I don't like this movie. I just sat there going 'What the hell?!?!' throughout the whole movie, so that's the indicator that I didn't like it. Plus it had me freaking out about the fact that it was a PG, but still had scary, pervy Dangerfield making cracks about very distrubing things.
I'm sorry to all the people who do like this movie, I don't normally flame things, but when a film has me sitting there with my mouth and eyes wide open for the ENTIRE movie, I normally feel the need to say it.
However, Jonathan Brandis was cute... when he wasn't being freaky and/or wearing a dress.
I'm pretty sure it was PG-13. But I still thought it was freaky. The best part about it had to be Rodney Dangerfield, of course, but other than that it wasn't a very good movie. And the kid was really freaky looking in a dress.
