Bishop with 2 guns
When they rob Quiles, (the bodega owner) Bishop only points the Gun at Quiles, so its no way Bishop has Quiles. Before they run out of the Bodega, Bishop has a black gun on his right hand and a chrome on in his right hand.
In the later scene, you can see Bishop with the black gun inside his belt.
