so underrated!

I'm going to have rewatch this one. Had it on DVD back in the day haven't watched it in like 15 years. I don't remember enjoying it that much but I might have been bit young. My only memory is of the movie looking real gritty and grimey, if that makes sense.

it reminds me of classic detective movies where one clue leads to another clue and so on to something sinister. something detective shows are missing nowadays. True Detective s1 had this.

It’s definitely underrated, because I thought the whole time it was the “myopic guy” character. Also, I like anything that has Andy Garcia and John Malkovich casted.

I agree. I rewatched this recently. Garcia is great and Uma is beautiful and wonderful as well. Underrated movie for sure
