Firstly, when Ray hits one of the girls, why didn't their uncle say something even if he didn't actually see it happen? And secondly, even if people don't like the Peppers, give them props for giving those children a safe and stable home.

You're probably right but if those girls were MY nieces Ray would've heard it from me, like "Excuse you! Don't be hitting my niece like that!" That child was only like 2 for goodness sake.
