good film meal but not hearty....

Great cast & such but left me hanging... I wished to see much more of Howard's End after all that buildup - as I love nature and old buildings/design. I also felt horrible for Jacky-desparate, naive and used by men with no ending! I guess she's stuck off being a hooker -- I wished the sisters, child, and Jacky to be left off all living together as a makeshift family at beautiful place after blackmailing the awful men !!!!

This film is perfect. Howards End is a symbol, it's not "This Old House" goes to the movies!

Jacky is monstrous and annoying. I'm glad she isn't brought into house, completely awful woman.

You don't understand the movie. The point is that she is brought into the house through Helen's child who represents a mixture of the upper and lower classes...
