New cinematic re-release and dates

I know there's a new re-release coming up for theatres, a new restored print of the film, does anyone have dates for different cities where the re-release will happen?

It's already playing in a few cinemas in New York and Los Angeles but no other dates and cities have been confirmed as far as I can see however I did find this recent quote from Charles Cohen:

"We will continue to roll out across the country over the next several weeks”

I live in Washington, DC, and the re-release doesn't seem to have played here. Now it's on DVD. Does anyone know if this restored version has any deleted scenes or new commentary? I have the original version on DVD.
